It aims at preserving or restoring the oral health, from gums to teeth. It includes fillings, crowns, endodontic treatments and professional oral hygiene.

Fillings: they restore part of the tooth that has been lost either through carious lesions, wear or fracture. Fillings can be made of different materials, such as silver amalgam, white composite resin or glass ionomer. The advantage of white composite fillings is to have a better appearance compared to silver amalgam, in addition to being more retentive thanks to the bonding properties and require less drilling.

Crowns: when the loss of tooth structure is too much to restore the tooth directly, a crown can be more indicated. A crown is a shell that is cemented on top of the tooth to restore its structure. The tooth needs to be reduced and shaped first to make space for the crown. An impression or digital scan is then taken and the crown is fabricated, after which it is cemented on the tooth.

Endodontics(Root Canal Treatment): when a tooth is necrotic, meaning the nerve inside the tooth is dead or when it is irreversibly inflamed, the nerve needs to be removed. The root canals where the nerves go through have to be shaped and disinfected properly before being sealed to try to prevent leakage of bacteria
